Brayden L. Oglesby

Mr. Oglesby focuses his practice on taxation, estate planning, business law, and related transactional matters. He assists individuals, families, and businesses with a variety of tax and legal issues, including business formation and restructuring, trust and estate planning, and property-related matters. His practice commonly includes research and drafting involving sophisticated tax law at both the state and federal tax level, estate planning strategies, and business transactions, with an emphasis on practical and long-term planning solutions.


During law school, Mr. Oglesby served as Notes & Comments Editor of the Tulsa Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Currule Chair and Order of Barristers. He was also named Best Overall Oralist, where he was a member of the national championship winning team in a moot court competition.
