Hunter L. Shedd

Hunter concentrates her practice in the areas of individual and business taxation, tax controversy and litigation, business law and transactions, entity formation and restructuring, and estate planning. Her practice commonly includes assisting individuals, families, and businesses in navigating complex issues, contested and otherwise, in taxation and related legal matters at both state and federal levels.

Hunter graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2024 where she graduated with honors and served as Vice President of Finance on the Board of Governors. Prior to law school, Hunter worked as a Tax Analyst on the property tax and domestic income tax compliance teams for the world’s largest retailer.
