Stephen R. Bolden
Steve began practice with the firm in 1992, focused in the areas of individual and business taxation, employee benefits, business transactions, estate planning and probate. He has represented clients in business sales, mergers and acquisitions along with their continuing annual tax planning.
He has significant experience in representing clients with Internal Revenue Service issues. Steve has guided individuals through the trying process of estate planning and aging issues. He has experience in drafting and administering profit sharing plans, 401k plans and Simple plans. He has also advised banks and mortgage companies on licensing issues across the United States.
Steve graduated from Hendrix College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in 1990 and his LL.M. Taxation in 1992 from the University of San Diego where he graduated cum laude. Steve has maintained an inactive CPA license since 1995.
